California - District 21 Vote for Congress June 2, 2026

I haven’t voted in a long time.

Like a lot of people, I became frustrated with politics.

Too many promises. Too many polished speeches.

Too many people showing up only when they wanted something.

After a while, you stop believing your voice matters.

So I stepped back.

But every once in a while, life puts someone in front of you who reminds you that leadership is still possible.

For me, that person is Lorenzo Rios.

My Story
I was born in Aleppo, Syria.

I came from a part of the world where instability, hardship, and uncertainty were real.

I understand what it means when leadership fails people.

I understand what happens when regular families are left behind. Later, I had the honor of serving this country as a U.S. Army Staff Sergeant, with eight years of active duty service.

The military teaches you things that never leave you:
Character matters. Discipline matters. Trust matters.

And when the mission is serious, words mean nothing without action.

That lens stays with you forever.
You learn quickly how to tell the difference between someone who talks tough and someone who can actually carry responsibility.

Why Lorenzo Rios
I’ve watched Lorenzo Rios for years.
Not through campaign ads.

Not through headlines.
Not through social media theater.

I’ve watched how he treats people.
How he carries himself.
How he shows up consistently.
And I can say this clearly:

He stands for
humanity, integrity, and ethics.
Those qualities are getting harder to find.
 Anyone can smile for cameras.

Anyone can say what people want to hear.
Anyone can become a politician for status.

But not everyone is willing to serve.
 Lorenzo is.
He’s Willing to Do What Many Won’t Running for office is not easy.

It requires sacrifice, scrutiny, pressure, and long hours. It means putting yourself out there to be criticized while trying to help people who may never know your name. A lot of people complain.

Very few are willing to step into the arena. Lorenzo is willing to do what many of us are not willing to do. He’s willing to carry that burden. And because of that, I’m willing to support him in his mission.

Why This Election Matters We are entering a future shaped by AI, automation, rising costs, and institutions people trust less every year. That means leadership matters more than ever.

We don’t need empty personalities.

We need grounded human beings who understand right from wrong. Leaders who will protect families, veterans, workers, children, and communities with common sense and moral courage.

That is what I believe Lorenzo Rios represents.

Why '29' Matters
People ask me about the number 29.

 It’s simple.

 Lorenzo likely needs around
29,000 votes to have a real path forward.

So I turned that number into action! ! !

If 1,000 people each help secure 29 committed voters, the math becomes real.

That’s not fantasy. . . .
That’s community.

That’s neighbors talking to neighbors.
Families talking to families. Veterans talking to veterans. That’s how grassroots movements win.

My Message I’m not speaking up because I enjoy politics.
 I’m speaking up because
I know what leadership looks like.

I’ve lived enough life to recognize it when I see it.

I was born in Aleppo.
I served America in uniform.
I stepped away from voting for a long time.

And now I’m stepping back in for one reason:

I believe Lorenzo Rios is the right man for the job.

When someone is willing to carry the mission, the rest of us should be willing to help.

That’s where I stand.
